Featured Work: Særa Fiøra

Saera Fiora is a world-class vocalist, composer, and songwriter whose music is cinematic, ethereal, and unmistakably her own. Her voice moves effortlessly between power and intimacy, creating spacious, otherworldly soundscapes that feel both timeless and alive. Each piece unfolds with care and intention, inviting deep listening rather than passive consumption.
Her writing is rooted in a profound sensitivity to the natural world. Themes of fragility, interconnection, and reverence for nature shape both her music and the poetry of her lyrics. Her songs feel grown from the land itself, attentive to breath, silence, and subtle emotional shifts, giving her work a rare emotional depth and honesty.
Her projects include the immersive Cosmic Wildflower Tour and the album Unfurl, which I supported through cello performance as well as mixing and mastering. Unfurl reveals her refined artistic language, lush, spacious, and cinematic, with a sense of journey that draws listeners fully inside the music.
Saera’s background in aerial silks is one of many elements that shape her as a deeply diversified artist. Her familiarity with movement and flow subtly influences how her music breathes and unfolds. This integrated approach also informs her teacher training, Bloom, which supports aerial teachers around the world while exploring our shared humanity and trauma-informed approaches to teaching and relating. These practices reflect just a few of the ways the essence of Sara and her offerings take form, offering glimpses into a much wider and deeply lived creative world.
